Contract Type: Full-time (For Three Months.)

Job Overview

We are looking for an Activation Officer to promote and educate customers about our sea moss products in supermarkets and mini markets. The role includes setting up a product booth, offering samples, engaging with customers, guiding them to our product shelves, and sharing daily updates via WhatsApp. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and confident in speaking with people. This is a full-day, field-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain a clean, attractive product booth.

  • Welcome customers and educate them about our sea moss products.

  • Guide customers to the shelves to boost product visibility and encourage purchases.

  • Advise the local sales officer on strategically positioning our products in-store.

  • Wear a clean uniform and maintain a smart appearance at all times.

  • Provide daily evidence of activities through booth photos and photos when purchases are made.

  • Submit a brief daily report via WhatsApp.

  • Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Key Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, with 1–3 years’ experience in marketing or brand activation.

  • Campaign & Market Skills: Ability to plan and execute marketing activations and events; understanding of target audiences and market trends.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationship-building skills.

  • Attributes & Technical Skills: Proactive, results-driven, detail-oriented, and familiar with marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
