Job Vacancy: Agricultural Engineer
Position: Head of After-Sales Department
Reliance Shambani is hiring an Agricultural Engineer to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our after-sales service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage after-sales service operations.
Ensure customer service complies with warranty policies.
Coordinate spare parts availability with procurement and branches.
Train and support technicians on machinery maintenance and repairs.
Plan and execute customer service and maintenance campaigns.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering from SUA or any other reputable institution.
Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience.
Strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills.
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
