Assistant Project Manager

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Project Manager who will support site operations, ensure service excellence, and oversee catering and facility management functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing catering and facility operations at the site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and service delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Project Management.
• Strong track record in Catering and Facility Management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure service excellence.
