Park Hyatt Zanzibar is looking for a Bar Manager to handle the Beach House restaurant Bar, the candidate we are looking for has to have the following qualities
- A degree/diploma in Hospitality
- 3 years and more experience in managing Bar as an independent outlet
- Extensive knowledge in making cocktails and recepies
- Creative mind on designing new cocktails which matches the concept of the beach House
- good leadership and communication skills
- Experience in cost controlling and Budget making
