HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager who will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery in alignment with company objectives and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate all branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage day-to-day logistics activities including transport scheduling, dispatch, and warehouse coordination.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee client relationship management to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer retention.
  • Identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand the company’s market presence within the region.
  • Manage, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Oversee cost control measures and ensure optimal utilization of branch resources.
  • Coordinate with other departments including finance, HR, and operations to support overall business objectives.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth business continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Transport Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in logistics or transport management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or branch management role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, fleet management, and distribution networks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
