Job Summary

We are hiring a Buffet Food Server (Kupakua Chakula) responsible only for portioning food from the buffet and placing it on plates for guests. You will not deliver food to tables — your focus will be on clean, accurate, and hygienic serving.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food portions from the buffet to plates as per set standards.

• Follow portion control to avoid wastage.

• Keep the buffet counter clean, neat, and well-presented.

• Refill serving trays when food runs low (in coordination with kitchen staff).

• Maintain high hygiene standards at all times.

• Serve guests politely and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in food serving or buffet service is an advantage.

• Neat personal appearance and good hygiene.

• Friendly, polite, and attentive attitude.

• Ability to work standing for long periods.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
