Business Development Officer

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Business Development Officer who will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing proposals, and managing the entire bidding process to support the company’s business growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities relevant to the company’s services.
• Prepare and submit competitive and compliant tender documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation and inputs.
• Analyze tender requirements and ensure timely and accurate submission.
• Maintain a database of all tenders, proposals, and submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis related to tenders.
• Track and report on the status and outcomes of submitted tenders.

• Support the development of pricing strategies and negotiation processes.
• Assist in the implementation of tendering and business development strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, proposal writing, or business development, preferably in the transport and logistics industry.
• Proven ability to manage tender processes from start to finish.
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Results-driven and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
