Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the supervision of the construction industry
• Registered with the Engineer’s Registration Board (ERB)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of applicable codes related to civil engineering
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies
• Relevant and up-to-date technical and sector knowledge
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
