Job Description

As a Cluster Manager, you will supervise multiple sales teams within a specific geographic area or market segment, ensuring effective sales operations to meet company targets. This role involves strategic planning, team monitoring, and asset management, making it ideal for dynamic leaders with a passion for sales and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise retail shops within your cluster.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities to meet monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and prepare reports.
• Audit products and stock levels monthly.
• Cross-check shop accounts for timely cash deposits.
• Address team feedback and resolve conflicts.
• Follow up on customer credit payments (defaulters).
• Submit monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure proper use and management of company assets.
• Use sales software app for daily market monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Creative decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to relocate or travel across regions in Tanzania.
