Communications & Stakeholder Relations Manager

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategy and framework in line with the overall business and communications strategies.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Partner with Community Services Coordinator and support CSV initiatives.
• Develop and implement a country communications strategy to ensure key stakeholders are informed.
• Continuously identify, develop, analyze, and nurture stakeholder lists and build into the overall. Corporate Affairs stakeholder matrix and engagement plans.
• Create engagement platforms to advance KSCL’s strategic goals with all key stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and update and create engagement platforms and opportunities for KSCL with all key stakeholders.
• Manage External Media relations as it relates to the corporate image and the narrative of KSCL.
• Ensure clear, accurate, consistent, continuous & timely external communication and messaging (share positive stories).
• Ensure deliberate and robust internal and external brand awareness creation to visibly enhance corporate brand.

• Be available as first point of contact for all media as it is relevant to the communications.

Job Qualification And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration or Commerce from a recognized Institution
• 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s) at a similar level.

Terms Of Service: The successful candidate will be engaged on a Permanent Contract.
