Corporate Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients.
• Research and analyze potential markets, industries, and key accounts.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals to win new business.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in client organizations.
• Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients.
• Handle escalations and ensure client needs are addressed promptly.

Sales and Revenue Generation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in client organizations.
• Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients.
• Handle escalations and ensure client needs are addressed promptly.

Account Management

• Monitor usage, contract renewals, and billing issues for corporate clients in the BCCS system.

• Conduct regular account reviews and share reports with supervisor.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to minimize customer complaints.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor competitors’ corporate offerings and market trends.
• Collect feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, updates, and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or the telecommunications industry is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of telecommunications products and business solutions.
