The bank expects to start its operation very soon as a full-fledged bank and a strong capacity of its capital. Our bank committed to offering various banking services to the businesses and public in general.

Customer Care Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • To enhance service delivery and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  • To manage effective and efficient customer service delivery by ensuring customers are promptly assisted at all times with any matters relating to the bank e.g cash transaction deposits, withdrawals, transfers etc.
  • To act as the prime interface between the bank and the client, maintaining good customer relations and ensuring that customer needs are met within the strategic objectives of the bank.
  • Develop the branch retail business base and ensure that targets are met and focus on business growth
  • Management of branch operations. By ensuring that all staff in the branch cultivates customer care culture, to ensure all customers issues I logged in daily report and tracked for resolution.
