Job Overview
Promptly and efficiently manage the Contact Centre inbound calls and hotline professionally. The job holder will also handle customer requests/enquiries from all the bank’s channels. Escalation and following up as necessary, in order to ensure that quality customer service is maintained at all times and compliance with the established service standards.
Education
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Technical Skills / Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in the use of banking software and technology platforms.
- Ability to educate and advise customers on banking products and services.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
