Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MOHCDGEC) through Global Fund Grants is looking for enthusiastic, creative and energetic individuals whom will work under contractual agreement to fill the following vacant positions:

NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS AND LEPROSY PROGRAM

Job Title: Data clerk – 5 Positions

Location: Dodoma, CTRL Dar es Salaam

Reporting to: Data Manager – NTLP

Duties and responsibilities 

  1. Supervise collection of data from various sources
  2. Verify and clean data collected from various sources
  3. Provide guidance to subnational coordinators on recording and reporting of subnational data
  4. Provide technical routine guidance on the use of DHIS2 ETL system
  5. Ensure storage and data security Any other duties as assigned by data manager  

Experiences and Qualifications

  1. Diploma in computer science, records management or information technology
  2. At least 5 years’ experience working with TB and Leprosy data bases
  3. Knowledge and skills using DHIS2 ETL System
  4. Knowledge and experience of reporting Global Fund and other partners system such as PUDR and DATIM
  5. Knowledge in Microsoft word package, spreadsheets and data base programs
  6. Age limit: 50 years

Terms of Employment: 3 years Contract (Renewable based on Performance and availability of funds)
