Job Description

The successful candidates will follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements with customers, and recover outstanding debts in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments through phone calls and field visits.
• Follow up with customers and negotiate suitable payment arrangements.

• Recover outstanding debts in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of debt collections and customer interactions.
• Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
• Work closely with the Finance and Credit teams to support debt recovery activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
• Honest, disciplined, and results-driven.
• Fluency in Kiswahili; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
