Job Opportunity: Delivery Riders Needed

We are looking for committed and reliable Delivery Riders to join our Tanzania delivery team. We need at least 3 riders per region. If you are reliable, trustworthy, active, and familiar with your region, we would like to hear from you.

Compensation

Payment is per successful delivery. Further payment details will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch assigned orders from 8:00 AM.
• Contact customers immediately after receiving an assigned order.
• Deliver orders safely and professionally.
• Provide real-time updates on delivery progress.

• Immediately report any customer or delivery issue to the Operations Manager.
• Collect and remit COD payments immediately after successful delivery.
• Keep company products safe and secure while in your possession.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and follow MFT operating procedures.
• Handle company products responsibly and prevent damage or loss.
• Remain active and available for assigned deliveries.

Requirements for Delivery Riders

• Must have your own vehicle suitable for delivery work and keep it available for deliveries.
• Must be actively using WhatsApp.
• Must be available from 8:00 AM, Monday–Saturday.
• Must be able to provide real-time delivery updates.
• Must be trustworthy and able to remit COD payments immediately after receiving payment from customers.
• Must have a safe and secure place to keep company products.
• Professional and excellent Swahili communication skills.
• Good understanding of English is a strong advantage.
• Must be committed, active, reliable, and responsible.
• Previous delivery/rider/logistics experience is an advantage.
• Must provide a guarantor who is present in the same location.
• Must have a valid legal ID.
• Must provide proof of vehicle ownership.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 85% delivery success rate.
• Performance reviewed monthly based on successful deliveries, returned orders, and condition of products.
• Every assigned order must be contacted immediately and properly updated.
• Zero tolerance for fraudulent activity.
