Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy National General Secretary - Programs to join our organization. This role is crucial in overseeing and managing all program-related activities at a national level, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of national programs.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.
• Monitor program progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and presentations on program performance for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development.
• Supervise and mentor program staff.
• Represent the organization in relevant forums and meetings.
• Identify opportunities for program expansion and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or equivalent).

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.
