Distribution Training Specialist
Remote work from home with flexible working hours; report work remotely.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for distributor recruitment: Identify potential members through channels such as WhatsApp/Facebook groups, explain the advantages of the platform's distribution model, and attract them to join the distribution system.
- Conduct distribution model training for members: Possess strong on-site control ability, and mobilize participants' enthusiasm through vivid cases and interactive sessions to ensure training effectiveness.
- Follow up on training conversion: Track the growth of members after training, answer questions encountered during the distribution process, provide one-on-one guidance, help members quickly master distribution skills, and realize the conversion from members to distributors.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
Hold a Diploma or higher qualification; 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales training, or related positions is preferred, especially for those familiar with the e-commerce distribution model. Candidates without relevant experience but with excellent potential and learning ability are also welcome to apply.

Excellent communication skills with clear and fluent expression; strong charisma and an outgoing, enthusiastic personality; clear logical thinking; ability to improve recruitment success rate and participants' willingness to convert.
Comprehensive Qualities:
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours; good communication and coordination skills, strong customer service awareness, and ability to listen to participants' needs.
Others:
Own a personal computer/laptop/4G5G network mobile; proficient in using training tools such as PPT and live-streaming software; experience in online live-streaming training is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Monthly Salary: 250,000-400,000TSh
- Recruitment Commission: 25,000-35,000 Tsh for each successfully converted distributor
- Training Target Bonus: An additional 800,000Tsh if the monthly conversion number exceeds 30
There is no upper limit on the total income.
