Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote, market, and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Conduct property tours and represent the company professionally.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property sales or general sales will be highly considered.
• A Degree in Real Estate or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
