Field Sales Team Leader

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Team Leader who will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of field sales representatives. The Field Sales Team Leader ensures the achievement of sales targets, market penetration, and strong client relationships through effective supervision, training, and coaching of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Recruit new sales representatives through a structured recruitment strategy to meet branch targets.
Train and develop sales agents to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Supervise and monitor daily and weekly sales activities to ensure delivery on agreed plans and targets.
Motivate, mentor, and coach the sales team by conducting regular field visits and activations.
Map and analyze markets, plan and execute marketing activities to expand customer base.
Manage agent attrition rates through proper training and retention strategies.
Monitor execution of team action plans and ensure performance tracking through CRM systems.
Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, promotions, and exhibitions.
Conduct regular performance appraisals for sales agents in line with company standards.
Prepare and submit accurate sales and performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within the micro lending sector.
At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative at PCL.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
High integrity with strong customer service orientation.
