Job Overview: Finance Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, with strong expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies ajira
- Manage cash flow, audits, and financial risks
- Provide strategic financial guidance to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
