Finance Manager (Management Accounts)
Job Purpose
To oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and management reporting processes to support informed strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor cost performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support financial modeling and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA (T) and/or ACCA are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in finance management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
