Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Proficient in menu planning and development
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management and ordering procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
