HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Head of Accounts Receivables who will be responsible for leading the receivables team, ensuring timely debt collection, and maintaining strong client relationships to support smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivables team to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Conduct regular client debtor analysis and prepare accurate analytical reports for management decision-making.
• Implement and monitor effective debt collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth financial transactions and timely payments.
• Oversee reconciliation of accounts receivable records with customer statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience at managerial level in Accounts/Finance.
• CPA (T) qualification is an added advantage.
• Proven track record in debtor analysis, financial reporting, and debt collection.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of integrity and analytical thinking.
