A well-established BEACH HOTEL in DAR ES SALAAM is looking for a General Manager.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
- Experience Level: Management level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description
Qualifications: nafasi za kaziA Minimum degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification with at least 3 years experience of running at least a 3-star hotel with a proven track record.
Duties:
- Overall management of the hotel including:
- Supervising and training or recruiting staff if need be
- Managing budgets, statistics, and records
- Planning maintenance work, events, and room bookings
- Handling customer queries
- Promoting and marketing the hotel etc.
Should have: Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently, good interpersonal and listening skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff, suppliers and clients in a professional manner.
