Interior Designer
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer specialized in modern residential design. The role will involve developing innovative interior concepts, preparing CAD-based layouts, and ensuring all design projects align with client expectations and the company’s quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and present interior design concepts for residential projects, focusing on modern aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and renderings using CAD software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency with overall project goals.
Select and specify furniture, materials, lighting, color palettes, and finishes in line with design vision and budget.
Prepare mood boards, presentations, and sample boards for client approval.
Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to source design materials and ensure timely delivery.
Stay updated on current trends in interior design, modern architecture, and sustainable materials.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.
Provide after-completion design consultation to clients for maintenance or modification guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within residential real estate projects.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in modern residential interiors.
Strong knowledge of spatial planning, lighting design, and materials selection.
Excellent visualization and presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients and project teams.
Ability to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
