Lubes Marketer

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly driven and analytical Lubes Marketer who will be responsible for implementing lubricant marketing initiatives, campaigns, tools, and training programs that drive market penetration, brand growth, and overall business performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to assess customer trends, competitor activities, pricing changes, and channel performance across Distributor, CODO, and Super Dealer networks.
Develop and execute indirect marketing strategies including pricing, branding, segmentation, merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Coordinate brand adaptation efforts such as packaging updates, POS materials, visibility assets, and localized promotional content.
Design, roll out, and monitor marketing campaigns, activations, and retail engagement programs to enhance product uptake and strengthen brand loyalty.
Support distributors and CODO outlets in executing marketing plans and ensuring compliance with branding standards.
Analyze sales data, distributor performance, product mix, and portfolio penetration to recommend corrective actions.
Create integrated communication plans covering digital marketing, social media, SMS/WhatsApp platforms, and targeted outreach.
Lead internal reviews of marketing activities, document learnings, and share best practices to guide future planning.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability, packaging coordination, and stock readiness for promotions and market activities.
Develop and maintain marketing training materials for distributors, field teams, and CODO operators.
Manage the procurement process for marketing materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality control, and timely vendor coordination.
Support the launch of new lubricant products through testing, positioning, rollout strategies, and customer education.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to HSSEQ standards and protect overall brand integrity.
Work closely with Sales, Retail, Technical, and Finance teams to align on strategy, pricing, promotions, and growth plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or FMCG marketing support.
Strong analytical ability with solid understanding of route-to-market (RTM), pricing, and channel management.
Strong market awareness with the ability to detect risks, opportunities, and shifting customer behavior early
Ability to take full ownership of decisions, budgets, accuracy, and outcomes
