Machine Maintenance Technicians

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking skilled and motivated Machine Maintenance Technicians to join our client's team in Arusha. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing PET blow molding and injection molding machinery within the plastics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of PET injection machines.
• Ensure optimal machinery operation, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely fixes.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on machinery conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience maintaining PET blow molding and injection molding machines.
• Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.
