This internship is designed to provide hands-on technical and customer support experience within a dynamic ISP environment. Successful candidates demonstrating strong performance, discipline, and commitment will be considered for permanent employment opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and service availability
Respond to customer technical inquiries and complaints
Escalate technical faults to the relevant engineering teams
Assist in troubleshooting internet connectivity and network-related issues
Log and update trouble tickets accurately within the system
Follow up with clients to ensure timely issue resolution
Support field engineers and internal teams where required
Always maintain professional communication with customers
Participate in shift operations, including weekends and holidays, where necessary
Academic Qualifications
nafasi za kaziDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields
Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of computer networks and internet technologies
Knowledge of routers, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and fiber connectivity is an added advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment
Good computer literacy and reporting skills
High level of discipline, professionalism, and accountability
