Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Core Responsibilities

  • Daily Administration: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain physical and digital filing systems, and handle customer service inquiries via phone or email.

  • Logistics Support: Assist with shipment tracking, prepare basic shipping documents (like invoices or delivery notes), and coordinate with drivers for schedule updates.

  • Facility & Supplies: Monitor office supply inventory, request replenishment, and supervise external cleaners to ensure a well-maintained workspace.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Enter shipment data into specialized software and help prepare daily or weekly operational reports for senior management.

  • Travel & Meetings: Assist in booking local travel (hotels and transport) for staff and coordinating venue arrangements for internal meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in office environment administration.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer literacy.

  • Key Traits: High attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
