• Highly organized and confident managing multiple moving parts.
• Enjoys follow-ups, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance.
• Communicates professionally with alumni, mentors, and senior staff.
• Takes initiative and solves problems without constant supervision.
• Goes to sleep at night dreaming about reports submitted on time and beneficiaries doing what they committed to.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate administration of the Incubator & Small Grants Program.
• Track grant disbursements, beneficiary reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate mentors, cohorts, and annual application cycles.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly program and grant reports.
• Support continuous improvement of program systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in program coordination, administration, or enterprise support.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Confidence working with founders, mentors, and multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented work ethic.
