Who Are You?
- Highly organized and confident managing multiple moving parts.
- Enjoys follow-ups, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance.
- Communicates professionally with alumni, mentors, and senior staff.
- Takes initiative and solves problems without constant supervision.
- Goes to sleep at night dreaming about reports submitted on time and beneficiaries doing what they committed to.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate administration of the Incubator & Small Grants Program.
- Track grant disbursements, beneficiary reporting, and compliance.
- Coordinate mentors, cohorts, and annual application cycles.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly program and grant reports.
- Support continuous improvement of program systems and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in program coordination, administration, or enterprise support.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up skills.
- Confidence working with founders, mentors, and multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented work ethic.
