PARTS ADVISOR
INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE
HR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Parts Advisor to maintain a well-organized and cost-efficient warehouse and to promote and sell the products of the warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

*Contribute to the Parts business & Customer relations*

• Interpret customer needs and advise the right parts to ensure their needs are met.
• Create offers by verifying customer needs, and translating them into customer-tailored solutions which lead to over-the-counter sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by way of exceptional communication.
• Support ongoing as well as upcoming technical and sales campaigns to the Parts business & Customer relations.
  
  

Support Parts availability

• Securing the availability of the right parts at the right time for internal and external customers.
• Make sure that parts are binned and available within the shortest possible lead time. Make sure that cross dock shipments (reserved orders) are handed over as soon as possible after goods receipt.
• Manually pre-order parts from suppliers based on planned work.
• Planning forthcoming work and parts needs with the workshop in good time.
  
  

Support Parts operations

• Contribute to the running of the operations of a well-organized and cost-efficient part, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and fulfilling both internal and external customer needs.
• Understand and work according to parts related to DOS standards and Customer Services Global Standards.
• Provide technicians with parts-related technical support and other information to ensure they are continuously updated.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS;

• Diploma/Degree in any related fields.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry/warehouse environment.
• Driver's license B.
• Fork Lift License.
• Technical experience.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
