Project Manager - Construction Industry

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a Project Manager. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction and aluminium projects to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and aluminium installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
• Supervise project teams including technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout project implementation.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Ensure proper allocation and utilization of project resources including materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company operational procedures at all project sites.
• Monitor procurement and delivery of aluminium, glass, and construction materials required for projects.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction, aluminium, or related project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and aluminium installation works.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good project planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
