Open Position: Project Manager - Building ICT Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover of building ICT systems.

• Manage the installation and integration of structured cabling, networks, CCTV, access control, VoIP, data centers, BMS, and related ICT systems.

• Coordinate ICT works with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Supervise ICT installations and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.

• Provide technical leadership to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely project completion.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, documentation, stakeholder communication, and final system handover.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in designing and integrating enterprise ICT systems for commercial and high-rise buildings.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver ICT projects on time and within budget.

• Sound knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, VoIP, CCTV, and access control systems.

• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.

• Strong understanding of ICT standards, testing, commissioning, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.

• Must be a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) and hold a valid practicing license.

• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the design, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of ICT systems for commercial and multi-storey buildings.
