Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing cost estimation processes, overseeing tendering procedures, conducting valuations, and coordinating subcontractor activities. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced professional environment that values precision and strategic insight.

Missions:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Manage the tendering process by evaluating bids and negotiating contracts.
• Conduct detailed valuations to monitor project financial health.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities to ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize cost efficiency and project timelines.

This Quantity Surveyor position requires an experienced young, female candidate capable of effectively managing cost estimation, budget control, and project financials while ensuring rigorous compliance with current standards.

Profile:

• Required Experience Level: In the field of construction project management or civil engineering.
• Required Education Level: Degree in construction economics, project management, or a related field.
• Required Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Relevant Sectors: Real estate, infrastructure, commercial and residential construction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in construction economics, project management, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience on live projects, including residential, commercial, or infrastructure developments.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Motivation to advance into a position of higher responsibility.

Job experience of 2 years and above will be an added advantage.
