Sales Executive (PVC Pipes)

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive responsible for promoting and selling PVC pipes and related products, developing strong customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Promote and sell PVC pipes and related products to dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, plumbers, and project sites.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to generate sales and strengthen customer engagement.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and successfully close sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Prepare daily customer visit reports and submit regular sales updates to management.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional events as required.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in PVC pipes, plumbing materials, building materials, construction products, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage an assigned sales territory effectively.
• Good understanding of sales principles and market development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
