Sales Specialist - Residential Development

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Specialist - Residential Development to lead sales, rentals, and marketing for a luxury residential development. The successful candidate will oversee all sales aspects, develop marketing strategies, and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and conduct property presentations and site tours.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in both sales and rentals (short-term and long-term).
  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline, monitor sales performance, and report key metrics to senior management.
  • Develop and manage marketing content, including social media management, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to ensure that all units are well maintained, clean, and presentable for showings.
  • Provide feedback to management to continuously improve sales strategies, customer experience, and marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on project developments, pricing, and availability.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven work experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in luxury developments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with high-net-worth individuals while remaining professional and approachable.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Management experience is an added advantage.
