Sales Supervisor Position

KEDA (T) CERAMICS Co. Ltd is hiring for a Sales Supervisor in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania within the Manufacturing Industry.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supervising sales activities in your assigned area.
• Achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Managing dealers, distributors, and sales teams.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the same role or related duties, particularly in building materials such as paints, tin tiles, tiles, or any customer resources in the market.
• Strong communication skills, coordinating skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Dispute resolution ability. Team management skills will add value.
