Who you?:
A highly-motivated teacher with excellent attention to detail, who loves working with students and can facilitate a holistic learning curriculum.
Ability to develop, monitor, and evaluate lesson plans, schemes of work, lesson notes, and examinations.
Understanding of the importance of ECA's (Extra Curricular Activities) and the ability to inspire and mentor students to participate.
A responsible and hard-working individual who enjoys taking on extra duties such as being on duty, leading assembly, guiding projects, and serving on school committees.
Someone who strives for academic and moral excellence and encourages students to aim high and achieve.
What we are looking for:
A Tanzanian national holding a Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University within East Africa with excellent academic performance records.
A 1-hour exam on the advertised subject will be administered to assess competency for teaching A-level.
nafasi za kaziA minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience for Advanced Level with outstanding performance from top-performing schools.
Strong ability to deliver NECTA curriculum content using modern, competency-based teaching methods and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (as the medium of instruction). English competency will be assessed.
A well-rounded, independent, and mature individual with diverse knowledge in education, who observes teaching ethics and demonstrates a refreshing approach to teaching.
A teacher with a vibrant, diligent, and motivating personality.
Ability to adapt to the school’s diverse Policies and Procedures, including working over weekends when required.
Competence in teaching a second subject in secondary school is an added advantage.
