Summary

Lead and oversee the company's financial operations, reporting, compliance, and internal controls while supporting the CFO in strategic financial management and supervising junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA (T) or ACCA preferred

• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting or finance

• Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills

• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, P&L, and Balance Sheets

• Supervise Junior Accountants, Cashiers, and accounting operations

• Oversee reconciliations, inventory controls, and variance analysis

• Ensure tax compliance, audit readiness, and internal control effectiveness

• Monitor receivables, payables, and overall financial accuracy
