Senior Audit Associates (2)

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Audit Associates who will take a lead role in audit assignments, ensure compliance with audit standards, and support client engagements by providing guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Produce reports that highlight key audit issues and risks, and provide practical and actionable solutions.
• Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members to strengthen team capability and performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal audit methodologies, risk management protocols, and external regulatory requirements.
• Advise clients on selecting appropriate accounting information systems and effectively managing financial information.
• Complete and maintain comprehensive audit files in accordance with audit procedures and standards.
• Prepare tax statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education).
• One or more relevant professional certifications (CPA or ACCA), or in advanced stages of completion.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent work experience as an auditor at a public accounting firm (internship experience acceptable).
• Solid understanding of basic business, technology, and audit principles or standards.
• Proficiency in audit tools and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• Strong ability to conduct team training and deliver presentations effectively.
