Our esteemed client & business partner in the Insurance Industry is offering the following opportunity to everyone eligible

Job Description

To formulate and review HR policies and procedures as necessary ensuring that HR function is managed in line with such set policies.

• To recruit and select human resources and ensure that right candidates are recruited for right positions. To coordinate and ensure induction process and training take places to enable new staff to cope in quickly.
• To support retention of high performers and scarce talents.
• Assist to monitor staff development and its budget.

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of modern HR tools and technologies
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
