Site Supervisor
INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client we are looking for a Site Supervisor who will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, overseeing staff performance, ensuring service quality, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within an hospitality industry . The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational management experience, and a solid background in site-based hospitality services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and coordinate all hospitality operations at the assigned site to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Oversee staff performance, including cooks, cleaners, stewards, and other support teams, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
Monitor daily food production, housekeeping, and maintenance activities to meet company quality and safety requirements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations as per oil and gas site protocols.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and equipment maintenance standards.
Liaise with clients and management to address operational concerns, feedback, and service improvements.
Manage stock levels, requisitions, and inventory control to avoid shortages or wastage.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
Coordinate logistics for staff movements, supplies, and service schedules in line with site requirements.
Support staff training and development to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all site activities comply with contractual agreements, safety procedures, and company policies.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client for site-related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the oil and gas industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with hands-on operational experience.
Knowledge of HSE procedures and experience working under oil and gas site conditions.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
