Job Purpose

To Implement and control the Agronomy Sustainability programs and Projects for the company to achieve grower sustainability  and production of better quality compliant crops and improving yields

Job Qualification/Experience

• Degree in Environment Science/Management or similar
• Maters’s degree in Environment and Natural Resources or sustainability field with GIS and GPS Training
• Forestry Certification and Health and Safety (Risk Assessment) Certification are Desirable
• 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, environment, natural resources, business analysis, statistical management
• Sustainable agriculture experience withing a smallholder context
• Sustainability Environmental responsibilities
• Menger of relevant professional Tanzanian or Internatino organization is desirable
• GIS and Remote sensing experience
• Quality assurance of data integrity
• Knowledge in Statistics, budgeting, Financial control, economics, and business management
• Ability to impart, effectively, technical knowledge and skills to field technicians and farmers
• Ability to organize and build databases
• Experience in a manufacturing setting will be an added advantage
