About One Acre Fund
Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. Our Tanzania program, founded in 2013, serves approximately. 150,000 farmers, providing quality farm supplies through a network of agrodealer shops, and a range of different tree species through local nurseries situated close to farmers. About the Role
The Human Resources Supervisor role encompasses a range of responsibilities focused on effective HR administration. This includes onboarding and offboarding management, HR Administration, staff file & Record Management, benefit management and payroll support, leave management and recruitment support and support daily HR operations
Responsibilities
- Support the human resources team to ensure effective recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with organizational and national regulations.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and databases.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- 1+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- A bachelors Degree in HR or related field
