Team Building Trainers

Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd (EFIC) is currently the market leader in management consulting, and HR Consulting services and the one-stop center for turn-around consulting, Training, recruitment, Research, Digital information, outsourcing, and consultancy Company with its Headquarters at PSSSF Commercial Tower, 9th floor, Sam Nujoma Road in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. EFIC on behalf of a client, is seeking to employ Team building trainers who will undertake the responsibilities mentioned below.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, Design and implement team-building sessions tailored to organizational needs.
• Develop materials, exercises, and simulations to strengthen communication, trust, and cooperation.
• Lead indoor and outdoor team-building activities in a dynamic, interactive manner.
• Create a positive learning environment that fosters participation and teamwork.
• Evaluate team performance before and after sessions.
• Provide actionable feedback and recommendations for continuous team improvement.
• Coordinate with HR and management to schedule sessions.
• Handle logistics such as venue, materials, and safety measures for activities.
• Prepare post-training reports summarizing outcomes and participant feedback.
• Recommend strategies to sustain team cohesion and performance over time.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field is required.
• Excellent facilitation and group engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of team dynamics and group behaviour.
• Effective communicator and motivator.
• Highly problem-solving skills.
