Telecommunication & ICT Engineer

Derm Group (T) LTD is seeking a skilled Telecom & ICT Engineer to join our team in delivering successful projects while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the tendering process to help secure new projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, and requirements with stakeholders.
• Recommend appropriate Telecommunication and ICT engineering technologies.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to reduce disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors and prepare accurate project reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, ICT, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in ICT systems and infrastructure.
• Registration with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Tanzania is mandatory.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Huawei HCIA/HCIP, Fiber Optic Certification (FOA), or equivalent are highly desirable.
