POSITION: Tellers (3 POST)

Epvate & Fortune International Consulting Ltd (EFIC) is currently the market leader in management consulting, and HR Consulting services and the one-stop center for turn-around consulting, Training, recruitment, Research, Digital information, outsourcing, and consultancy Company with its Headquarters at PSSSF Commercial Tower, 9th floor, Sam Nujoma Road in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. EFIC on behalf of a client, is seeking to employ ICT Officer who will undertake the responsibilities mentioned below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process customer deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately.
• Handle cash transactions in compliance with established procedures and limits.
• Maintain accurate daily cash balances and reconcile cash at the end of each day.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
• Identify and report suspicious or irregular transactions.
• Promote bank products and services to customers when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and institutional information.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cash handling, customer service, and banking operations.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and banking systems.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-focused personality.
