BRAC Tanzania Finance LTD is seeking applications from competent, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to fill up the following position.

Trainer

Job Location: BRAC Learning Centre-Dodoma

Job Responsibilities:

• Help in ensuring efficient utilization of all training resources
• Maintain the quality of training tools and equipment.
• Follows and gives support in preparing training schedules, participants’ database, and compiling evaluation forms.
• Support in developing network with internal & externally stakeholders and other training institutes and improve the quality service of BLC.
• Providing training for BRAC staff according to the agreed monthly timetable.
• Prepare training needs before every batch.
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor

Required qualifications:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in any related field e.g. sociology, business administration, etc.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ training experience
• Must be from any BRAC program; Training experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong learning capacity with strong problem-solving & decision-making skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with networking ability to plan and drive priorities
• Ability to demonstrate diversity in the workplace.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff.
• Must possess a commitment to the belief that all people have the right to dignity, respect, opportunity, and full community inclusion.
• Must have a philosophy that is consistent with the mission, Vision, and Core Values of the Organization.
• Must be able to use computer programs and eager to learn new software
