BRAC Tanzania Finance LTD is seeking applications from competent, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to fill up the following position.
Trainer
Job Location: BRAC Learning Centre-Dodoma
Job Responsibilities:
- Help in ensuring efficient utilization of all training resources
- Maintain the quality of training tools and equipment.
- Follows and gives support in preparing training schedules, participants’ database, and compiling evaluation forms.
- Support in developing network with internal & externally stakeholders and other training institutes and improve the quality service of BLC.
- Providing training for BRAC staff according to the agreed monthly timetable.
- Prepare training needs before every batch.
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor
Required qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in any related field e.g. sociology, business administration, etc.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ training experience
- Must be from any BRAC program; Training experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong learning capacity with strong problem-solving & decision-making skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with networking ability to plan and drive priorities
- Ability to demonstrate diversity in the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff.
- Must possess a commitment to the belief that all people have the right to dignity, respect, opportunity, and full community inclusion.
- Must have a philosophy that is consistent with the mission, Vision, and Core Values of the Organization.
- Must be able to use computer programs and eager to learn new software
