Job Description
- Management and development of drivers and transport team.
- Management of the scheduling and planning of the transport operation, ensuring vehicle utilization is maximized.
- Budget/Cost Management.
- Compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation, operator licensing, Health & Safety, and quality.
- Ensure effective communication processes are established and maintained for both external/internal customers. ajira
- Vendor Relationship Management.
- Preparation of KPI's, fleet profile report, and driver debrief.
- Operational continuous improvement.
- Fleet Management and maintenance.
Qualifications
- University Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Transport Management.
- Fleet Management.
- Risk Management Knowledge.
3-5 years of experience
